Notice to all registered bidders and potential bidders for the Donald Lee Melton Estate Auction prior to and after the following date of 3/10/2022 at 9:19 AM CST. Due to a title issue pertaining to Parcel 1: Home & Land and Parcel 2: Riverfront Land, the following closing date & time, possession date and earnest money deposit will be changed to the following:

The closing date and time for Parcels 1 and 2 will be on or before June 24^th, 2022 by 4:00 PM CDT.

If seller can not provide clear title to Parcels 1 & 2 by June 24^th, 2022 by 4:00 PM CDT, then said purchase contract for Parcels 1 and 2 will become null and void. The purchaser’s earnest money deposits for Parcels 1 and 2 held in Barr Realty & Auction Co. Inc.’s escrow account will be returned to the purchaser by June 27^th, 2022 by 4:00 PM CDT at the Hardinsburg office.

Possession of Parcels 1 and 2: There will be no possession given to purchasers prior to closing. Possession will be date of new deed transfer only after being signed by both seller & purchaser.

All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.

Parcel 1: Being a unique 4800 sq. ft. home with full walkout basement. The home was built around 1991 and is a 1 owner custom-built home. The exterior of the home is of western redwood and the roof is metal in the design of looking like tile.
