The ground level has three bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Amenities include carpeting over hardwood flooring, built in oven and range, updated gas furnace, updated central air, updated water heater, and updated windows. The full, unfinished basement has a wood burning fireplace and utility area. The home is situated on a corner lot with a concrete driveway, storage building, and back patio area. Mrs. McFarland and her late husband purchased this home new in 1967 and have been the only owners.
