The room addition, on the back of the home, is a large family room which includes a an unfinished basement with a walk-up exterior entrance. Other features include central air conditioning, a natural gas furnace and water heater, basement with poured concrete walls, and an updated metal roof. The brick of the home has a few cracks. After a recent Wood Destroying Insect Inspection by Murdock Pest Control, termites were observed in the home.
