Parcel 25 includes all of the land (323.408 acres) and all of the timber (1,904,000) board feet.

The bid must be for $20,000 more than the total amount that is bid on all parcels 1 through 24 or it will sell in parcels.

Example: If the total bid for parcels 1 through 24 is $1,000,000, the bid for parcel 25 must be for $1,020,000 or more in order for the farm and timber to be sold together as a whole.

If the bid for parcel 25 is $1,019,000 or less, the farm will sell in parcels to the individual bidders for $1,000,000 which was the total of the individual bids.

The bidder on parcel 25 shall be the winning bidder only in the event that the bid on parcel 25 exceeds the aggregate winning bids on parcels 1 through 24 by a minimum of $20,000.

TERMS for Parcel 25:  $113,000 down within 48 hours of auction ending time, the balance due by November 12, 2021.
