Seller will escrow funds needed to engineer and install the main waterline approx. 1,100 feet along Highway 144 (Payneville Rd) beginning at the intersection of Highway 144 and Highway 1692. There are six proposed lots fronting Highway 144 (Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6). Each of these six lots will be assessed a $2,000 waterline fee in addition to the lot purchase price at closing. These funds will be held in Barr Realty and Auction Co., Inc.'s escrow account and distributed to subcontractors as work is completed.

The seller will install a main waterline along highway 144 after closing.

The buyers of parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will each pay a $2,000 water availability fee for each lot.
