Parcels 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 are subject to shared ingress/egress entrances to Highway 1692 (Fairgrounds Rd.). These entrances have been preliminarily approved by the KY Dept. of Transportation. The new owner of each lot will have to formally apply for entrances at the predetermined locations as shown on the record plat.
