Real estate is subject to the Auto Extend feature. In Auto extend, if a bid is placed on a biddable lot within 5 minutes or less of closing, it will extend the end time of that biddable lot by an additional 5 minutes. (The computer will add the remaining time of 5 minutes or less and the additional 5 minutes) For Example: 4.32 of time left + the additional 5.00 minutes = 9.32 (9 minutes, 32 seconds). Bidding will remain open on that lot until bidding has stopped on that lot.
