Piano and seat have scratches and wear, some strings are broken, needs to be tuned

This item must be removed at a later date than the scheduled pick up, August 30th, 2025. Auctioneer will coordinate with Buyer on a time to pick up. Any damages incurred to this item during its removal are the responsibility of the Buyer.  Any damages made to the real estate during removal of this item are the responsibility of the Buyer. Barr Realty & Auction Co., Inc. has no information regarding taking this item apart and putting it back together again, Buyer must use their own judgement.
